This is a very fine quality, original, early 19th-century Victorian Oval Miniature Watercolour Portrait Painting on a glass panel, depicting a handsome elderly gentleman who is wearing a three-piece-suit.

Painted in the 1840s by Henry Webster & Son, Bayswater, West London.

Indeed, the painting is signed in the lower right: 'Webster, Bayswater'.

Mounted within the wonderful, original 19th-century gilded and glazed frame.
