Antique 19th century Victorian Green Man bureau in oak, a very well-made and fine-quality piece.
The upper section features a beautifully fitted interior with a rich green leather writing surface, perfect for both display and practical use.
The base contains three large drawers, each fitted with intricately carved Green Man handles, and the desk is adorned with highly detailed carvings throughout.
It comes complete with a key and stands on sturdy legs, showcasing gorgeous grain and colour.
A very nice and rare example, this bureau is highly desirable and has to be seen in person to be fully appreciated. A perfect addition to any home, combining elegance, craftsmanship, and historic charm.
