A large and unusual Malyor room-size carpet with 6 large, elongated medallions filled with palmettes and other filler elements woven in organic dyes, including copious green and yellow on navy ground framed by ivory borders.

Scattered, trees, animal and even human figures adding charm to this delightful carpet. The carpet is worn in places, but no holes, deep cleaned with all ends and sides secured. Classic English country house look. Late 19th century.
