A superb quality English antique solid walnut double wardrobe by the Arts & Crafts architect and Craftsman George Washington Henry Jack, most probably a design for Morris & Co whom Jack designed furniture for. This piece is beautifully made and features a lift off cornice which sits upon a two long panelled door hanging section, inside is the original brass clothes hanging rail and numerous brass hanging hooks. The wardrobe base stands on square legs and has two long and graduating drawers.
Dates to 1900.
