Below are a pair of cupboard doors opening to reveal a beautifully fitted interior with a central arched niche supported by slender columns, surrounded by an arrangement of small drawers decorated with further intricate inlay
The fall-front writing surface opens to reveal an elaborately inlaid writing desk, displaying circular starburst patterns and detailed geometric banding that reflect the traditional craftsmanship of Syrian furniture making
