Expressive Italian antique (late 19thC/early 20thC) bronze sculpture of laughing children, (bambini che ridono) by Vincenzo Aurisicchio (1855-1926), a famous sculptor working in Naples, Italy. This is a wonderful, warm piece that beautifully captures the innocent smiles of five children. Signed ‘V. Aurisicchio’ on the back. Marble base. 40cm wide x 12cm deep x 17.5cm high, weight 6.2kg.
