A stylish George III period burr walnut three drawer chest with original brassware and ogee bracket feet c.1760. Book matched burr veneered top with broad straight cut walnut crossbanded edge and deep moulded edge below. Three deep and spacious drawers each matching burr veneers and ebony stringing to the edges. Canted reeded corners and moulded foot with original ogee bracket feet to the base. Original quality fretted backplate brass fittings with complementing lock escutcheons and carrying handles to each side. Presented in superb original condition with a rich colour and polish.
