A stunning antique Edwardian inlaid mahogany settee. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1900-1910 period.The quality is outstanding, with lovely proportions and a beautiful design. The solid mahogany frame is elegant yet sturdy, the back is beautifully pierced and has gorgeous inlays of rosewood and satinwood. The arms have a wonderful scrolled design, this looks fantastic from all angles.We have had this recently re-polished, the seat and back rest have been newly upholstered in a cream cotton fabric.
