A Victorian antique walnut Davenport desk featuring a small fitted compartment topped with a brass gallery. Below this is a sloped brown leather writing surface. The desk unlocks to reveal a neat interior with two usable drawers. To the right-hand side is a bank of four fitted drawers, each with two wooden knobs, while the left-hand side has dummy drawers. Decorated with carved front corbels and raised on four castors, the desk combines practical storage with elegant Victorian craftsmanship.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition overall with some signs of age and use. There is surface wear, including marks and scratches throughout the piece, and some loss to one of the wooden knobs. The top shows slight warping, along with scratches and areas of staining, all consistent with the age and character of the desk.
