Edwardian Oak Bureau

Status: This item has been sold
Sold by: Sinclairs Antiques and Interiors

Fantastic Edwardian bureau, crafted from solid oak, is in excellent antique condition and comes complete with a working lock and key. The bureau stands on four turned, carved legs connected by a beautifully curved stretcher. The two oak-lined drawers feature elegantly shaped fronts and retain their original decorative drop handles. When the fall front is opened, the fully fitted interior slides forward. The leather writing surface bears ink marks, which could be replaced, but these marks only enhance its charm and history. This wonderful decorative item will accommodate all of your office needs.
