It features a top section with a flared cornice over two glazed panel doors, enclosing three fully adjustable shelves to fit books or ornaments of any size. The lower section comprises the bureau, two small drawers, and three larger graduating drawers. Inside the bureau, pigeonholes, additional shelves, and two drawers are complemented by a green leather writing surface.
