An absolutely stunning antique French inlaid marquetry bombe chest, dating from around the 1900-1910 period.
This is of superb quality, a great shape and it is a very useful size. There is profuse inlaid floral marquetry of various woods throughout, and very high quality gilt bronze mounts. There is plenty of storage space in the three generous drawers, the drawers all run smoothly and this has a single locking key that works for all drawers.
We have recently had this re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.
