Antique Edwardian Oak Pedestal Desk

A charming antique Edwardian oak pedestal desk. The pedestal desk has a rectangular moulded top, inset with a green leather top. The antique twin pedestal desk has three crossbanded frieze drawers below the top, each with brass drop handles. The Edwardian partners desk is raised on twin pedestals with an arrangement of eight graduating drawers, one of which being a double drawer. Raised on a plinth base with castors. A lovely example.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches throughout the piece. There is fading, staining and loss to the surface top (pictured), however, this does not affect the integrity of the piece but adds to the charm of the Edwardian desk. Overall, a charming antique Edwardian oak pedestal desk.
