Description

The antique pedestal desk has a rectangular shaped top with a green leather inset. Below is an arrangement of nine drawers around the central kneehole below, each fitted with decorative brass backplates and drop handles. The pedestal desk is raised on a plinth base with castors. Beautiful colour and chamfered detailing to the front. Comes apart in three sections for ease of transport. Finished with a fresh coat of natural wax.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks throughout the twin pedestal desk. There is some staining to the side (pictured) as well as some scratches (pictured). Overall, the twin pedestal desk remains structurally solid and sound. A charming example.
