Antique Baluch rug from Khorasan province of Eastern Persia. A Baluch rug with a variation of the mina khani design on a dark indigo blue field.
 
Circa 1900.
 
A small Baluch rug with a mina khani type floral design, note the small white flower heads. The rug has the well known Baluch meandering vine border.
 
The rug is in good condition with even wear and medium pile, there is some corrosion to the black dyed wool as you would expect.
 
The rug is suitable for light domestic use.
