It is very heavy at 5kg and it is very large at 12" wide and 7" tall. This pan has been used of course and so it does carry dents and scratches from use. It has also has a leak so cannot be used for cooking without being repaired. The Red Star Line ran mostly from Antwerp, Southampton, Liverpool, Philadelphia and New York and is known to have carried many famous people, including several trips by Albert Einstein, at least some of whom must have eaten food made using this actual pan.
