This is a beautiful 19th century Japanese cloisonne vase with a stunning enamel yellow ground to the body of the piece. This is attractively decorated with a hen and cockerel among grass and tall bamboo. The vase is in very good condition overall with only a slight bruise to the reverse on one shoulder that is quite difficult to detect.
