Status:This item has been sold Sold by:Designer Antiques4u
A superb quality stylish 20th century mahogany twin pedestal desk with truly amazing Art Deco influenced design. This is the best mid-century desk of its type that we have ever seen! The desk is incredibly well made and features a very unusual configuration of small filing drawers to the righthand side. The top has an original inset writing surface which like the rest of the desk is in very good condition throughout. The desk bears the label for the well renowned manufacturers Baldock and sons of Liverpool. A top quality, functional piece of furniture with decades of use left in it & a design will never go out of style.
