1890 with beautiful charm and character. It has a moulded top with tooled leather writing insert and two small drawers, a turned central wood gallery and finished with a brass gallery. This sits above a long central drawer over knee hole, flanked by four graduating drawers with decorative brass handles. This quality antique desk stands on small turned legs with brass castors, it splits into three sections for removal and has aged to a warm medium shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
