Description

Large antique mahogany pedestal desk in excellent condition & finished nicely on the back too. The writing surface has three gold tooled panels & the top corner edges are carved. This desk has graduated drawers with original brass handles & locks. The bottom right drawer is a double filing drawer. The corners are grooved & it sits on shaped feet. This is a large functional desk with plenty of leg room & is actually as large as a partners desk. I would date it to around the 1920’s period.

Depth – 40.5?, 103 cm

Height – 30?, 76 cm

Knee height – 24?, 61 cm
