For your consideration is this wonderfully stylish Art Deco manual gentleman''s wrist watch by the US watch company Bulova. The back is signed B-10K GOLD FILLED, plus the serial number starting with 7. On a Bulova of this era, and with this particular movement, this corresponds to a manufacture date of 1937, 85 years old next month!. The movement also bears the same date . The inside is signed BULOVA FIFTH AVE NEW YORK.
The plexiglass crystal has been polished to remove any noticeable marks. Powered by a good-quality American-17-jewel BULOVA 6AE movement. Condition is excellent having not only been recently serviced but also ultrasonically cleaned and fitted with a brand new leather strap. The outside is stamped BULOVA 10K GOLD FILLED, the inside is signed BULOVA FIFTH AVE NEW YORK.
