An antique mid Victorian mahogany pedestal desk with polished back for free standing and original turned knobs C.1870. Moulded edge to the mahogany edged top with quality inset tooled leather writing surface. Three drawers across the top with three to each pedestal, moulded drawer edges and original turned knobs. Oak lined drawers with dust beads to the corners. Polished back for free standing, a superior quality desk with an excellent original colour and patina. Sat on concealed castors for ease of moving, separates into three pieces for transporting. Measures 28.5" high x 48" wide x 30" deep x 20" kneehole width.
