A very striking George III kneehole desk.

Having beautiful highly figured walnut veneers.

The drawer fronts are cross-banded, having two long drawers to the top over three drawers to each pedestal, flanking a central cupboard door. The door also has a beautifully figured front.
Pine lined drawers, with fine dove-tail construction.

Engraved brass handles and escutcheons.
The walnut has developed a rich warm colour and patina.
Standing on bracket feet.
In excellent antique condition.
Very solid sturdy and strong.
The desk doesn`t dismantle.
