Circa 1920.
The rug is of traditional Kashan design, a small central medallion on a dark indigo blue ground, surrounded by floral sprays. The madder red border frames the rug well.
The rug is in excellent condition with even wear and medium pile.
Hand washed and ready for use or display.
The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.
