Magnificent Quality Concave Front Antique Victorian Mahogany Chiffonier / Sideboard

This truly magnificent antique chiffonier / cupboard is the amazing work of a true Victorian craftsman circa, 1860, with the most unusual concave front which is breathtaking. It has a moulded marble top above two cupboard doors with moulded edges, upholstered panels with brass grill work and the most striking vine leaf carved clash mould, the interior comprises of one curved adjustable shelf. The sides have the most spectacular carved corbels and the piece sits on a concave plinth. The mahogany has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
