As part of our Japanese art collection we are delighted to offer this fine quality Satsuma plate from the highly regarded artist RYUUN FUZAN, the central theme depicts a group of Bijin and young ladies at a flower arranging session , the scene is enchanting , the artist has captured everything in fascinating detail , the Bijins kimonos are heavily decorated in high relief gilding of the finest quality ,the flower arrngements are meticulous as are the Bijins hair decorations , the fine dust of gilt between the subjects is as fine as you would expect to see , the exterior geometric borders are precise, all topped of with a wonderful gilded signature surrounded by decorative mons , if you or a loved one collect high quality Satsuma then dont miss this , it is difficult to portray the sharpness and quality via the internet .
