A traditional mahogany partners desk of superior quality dating to the early part of the twentieth century.
The reverse is of the same configuration as you can see in the images - each partner/user having six drawers and a cupboard with shelf at their disposal. The desk can be transported in three separate pieces.
The desk has been professionally and sensitively restored, the surface retaining a lovely colour and patina.
The drawers are constructed from solid mahogany, as are the sides, mouldings and doors. The handles are original throughout and all the locks are working with keys supplied.
The one piece leather hide writing surface is of a fine quality, and has been hand colored (bottle green)with tooled gold leaf decoration to the edges.
