Here is a good quality Victorian oak pedestal desk.

Having nine mahogany lined drawers in total, with four to each pedestal, and one central to the kneehole. all locks and escutcheons are present, with quality original pierced brass handles. Standing on a plinth base, with original castors.

Above is an inset green leather writing surface.

Very solid sturdy and strong, all drawers open smoothly.

The overall condition is very good, having general expected signs of use consistent with age, the leather is in good stable condition, again with general signs of use as you would expect.

A lovely characterful desk of excellent quality.
