Antique Riveted Copper Bucket

1900 - 1920
Description

A good example of a small antique copper bucket. It is the perfect size for a coal or kindling bin. It is a good quality piece with riveted details and a fixed handle. It has a lovely patina with a wonderful verdigris colour.

It is in good original condition and displays well. There are no major damages but it has of course picked up some dinks and dents and signs of age and use. There have been some old soldered repairs to the underneath but it is strong and sturdy and there are no holes. It has been lightly cleaned and polished and is ready for use.

Approximate Dimensions :

Width : 14 1/2” (37cm)

Height to rim : 12 1/4” (31cm)

Height to handle : 19” (48cm)
