Late 19th century example.

With the well documented st andrews cross design with pairs of small bird motifs on this scarcer white ground. Multiple borders.

Quite finely woven.

Has all over very low pile with the corners reinforced from the rear,everything imaged.

Nice looking antique rug with the look for sensible money.

6 foot by 4 foot 3 inches. 184cm X 130cm. At widest points. All wool construction. Fringes not measured in size.
