This Victorian sideboard dates from 1880 and takes the form of a serpentine-shaped cabinet made from golden brown satinwood with rosewood crossbanding and inlay. The piece stands on square tapering legs with spade feet and has two central drawers flanked by cupboard doors. Details include oval inlay panels on the front doors and original circular brass ring handles set into the drawer fronts and cupboards.
