Antique Acme Lever pocket watch for H Samuel.
The watch has a Swiss 10-jewel stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner fitted cover which is quite unusual to see. There is also a hinged cover for extra protection.
The watch measures 52mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the gold plated Star model from the Dennison Watch Case Company, a prolific manufacturer of cases and supplier to various watch makers. The case is in good condition.
The glass lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in lovely condition with original blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
