A handsome and well-proportioned William IV mahogany combination wardrobe of superb colour and striking flame mahogany, dating to circa 1825.
The moulded cornice sits above a pair of panelled doors opening to a practical interior comprising a hanging section to one side above a single drawer and an arrangement of five graduated drawers with an open shelf above to the other.
Raised on a plinth base, this elegant wardrobe offers excellent storage while retaining its original period character, making it both a functional and highly decorative piece of early 19th-century furniture.
A fine example with beautiful figured timber, warm rich patina, and excellent proportions.
Comes in 2 parts - top cornice and main body
