Hailing from Ixelles, his legacy is one of vibrant arrangements underpinned by intelligent compositions, both expressive and respectful in tradition. He trained at the royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels and trained under several masters. This richly coloured oil painting of his depicts flowers, pottery and bottles displayed on a table, which is framed a charming looking wooden painted frame with a wonderful decorative gilt fronting. It is in good condition and is ready to hang. Dimensions provided are for the overall picture including the frame. The internal picture dimensions are W:72cm and H:53cm.
