An antique pedestal desk in figured walnut by Kerby of Oxford Street. The rectangular top is inset with a tooled leather writing surface, bordered by a decorative gilt edge and crossbanded surround. The frieze is fitted with three drawers, each with turned wooden knobs and key escutcheons, above two pedestals of graduated drawers.
