Victorian Travelling Inkwell

Description

A lovely travelling inkwell dating from the late 19th Century. It has a leather covered case with a small brass loop handle on the top, designed to look like a small piece of travel luggage. Inside it contains a glass inkwell and a sprung brass cover to ensure a tight seal.

It is in good condition for its age and the glass inkwell is undamaged. There are some marks and small scuffs on the leather outer and general signs of age and use but overall it displays well.
