A superb quality late Victorian oil on canvas 'Loch Etive' by Henry Hillier Parker (1859- 1930). Superbly painted and typical of the artist who specialised in calm pastoral landscapes; deep blue sky with the calm waters of Loch Etive and watering cattle, all set amongst heather covered mountains. Signed by the artist to the bottom left and inscribed in the artists hand to the rear with the subject. Set in the original quality timber gilt frame and presented in excellent condition. Keep up to date via Instagram - sturmansantiques. Measures overall 21.5" wide x 2.5" maximum depth x 25" high.
