Gents Eterna wrist watch, 1966.
The watch has a 17-jewel calibre 1408U hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Eterna name, and it has the serial number 5,323,084 which dates it back to 1966.
The watch measures 35mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is stainless steel and it is in lovely condition, just a scratch to the back of the watch. The screw-on case back is signed to the inside with the Eterna Watch Company name. The back of the watch has a long service inscription from Aero Zipp Fasteners.
The lens is in lovely condition (some natural light reflection showing in the photos).
The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, centre seconds hand and outer minute markers.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
