Antique Zenith pocket watch, c1914.
The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and it has the serial number 1,497,646 which dates it back to around 1914.
The watch measures 48.5mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is nickel and it is in good condition. The inside of the case is signed with the Zenith logo showing the night sky, this logo was introduced in 1890.
The glass lens is in good condition.
The signed dial has blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers. There is a hairline over number 1, and another between 2 and 3 but this is very difficult to see even with the aid of a magnifying loupe.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
