This highly pictorial rug is an intriguing example of Armenian Artistry. Rows of combs, tulips and other floral imagery spread the attention across the whole face of the rug. Despite not being perfectly symmetrical, the rug maintains a balance, with its very thin border framing it like a piece of art. But perhaps the most striking feature is the midnight blue background, that retains a magical aura despite its old age. This is a great rug for those looking for something different.
