This chest is in good condition. It is made from a lovely golden oak. It has a lovely patina only years of age can produce.
The chest would look well in an old or modern property amongst similar georgian oak furniture in a large bedroom. It would look great in a georgian farmhouse.
The chest stands on splayed feet supporting the main section. There are two small drawers over three larger drawers. The drawers have original brass drop handles and key escutcheons. The drawers have dovetail joints and are pine lined. The top is in good condition.
The height is 101cm, the width is 94cm and the depth is 52cm.

Deliveries are either carried out by David or James as one member of the team is required to stay in the warehouse, therefore we do require assistance from the van into your hallway with the item of furniture. We have set delivery days and once the van is loaded (a day prior to delivery) David will call customers to arrange a two hour delivery time slot. Customers will also receive a text when delivery is 30 minutes away.
It is really helpful if customers can provide their ‘what3words’ location to make delivery as smooth
as possible, especially properties in rural locations.
Ireland Deliveries
We do use a very good courier company called DVM Service to deliver goods to Ireland. We ask the customer to pay this company direct for the delivery charge and we then liaise with DVM regarding collection of a customer’s item of furniture to be shipped to Ireland.
