A very rare pair of oil paintings depicting sporting scenes relating to horses and dogs. The pair are beautifully worked in oils and each work is divided into five scenes. The scenes all relate to horses, dogs, hunting, racing etc. The pair are in good untouched antique condition; there are some areas of heavy craquelure although overall they have a great look. The pair are in the original gilt frames and unusually are framed on the diagonal. The paintings are exceptionally rare, hugely interesting and decorative.
