This Chest has a superb patina, it is stamped Waring & Gillow on the top edge of the top drawer
 
The chest has two short drawers and three graduated long drawers beneath, the drawers have inlaid fronts and ring handles, and it stands on a solid plinth
 
The drawers run exceptionally smoothly
 
This is a very good looking quality piece, the chest of good solid construction it has no creaks, splits or woodworm, it is in good condition with very few age related marks
 
The chest measures 39” high 42” wide and 23” deep
