Bryn Mawr Welsh 1930’s Superb Quality Oak Writing Desk

A very high quality solid English oak writing desk by the Welsh company, Bryn Mawr in the thirties. In superb, clean original condition and complete with the enamel makers label. Well finished and panelled on the back so can freestand away from a wall if needed, the oak desk sides are well panelled with raised panels to the legs and shaped frieze. The five drawers all run well and have the original oak knob handles along with raised panel drawer fronts. The drawers are arranged around a knee hole opening that measures 55cm high x 47cm wide. A lovely model and example that is in excellent condition.
