Antique Edwardian Art Nouveau Mirror Wardrobe

A beautiful example of Edwardian Art Nouveau design, this satinwood wardrobe features a moulded cornice top and a central mirrored door that unlocks to reveal a spacious interior, complete with four hanging hooks to the back. A large drawer sits at the base, providing additional storage, and the whole piece is raised on a sturdy plinth base. The wardrobe comes apart in three sections for ease of transport.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition overall, with expected signs of age and use. There is surface wear in places, including age-related marks and scratches throughout the piece. The wardrobe comes in three parts for ease of transport. There is evidence of historic woodworm to the top, which has long since gone and has been treated as a precaution. Additional signs of age include staining and splitting to the front, as well as some foxing to the mirror. Despite these age-related characteristics, the piece remains solid and sound.
