Walter Eastwood (1867–1943)

Birthplace & Education: Born in Rochdale, Lancashire, Eastwood studied at the Heywood School of Art, earning a First Class Certificate in Still Life.

Lytham St Annes: In 1902, he relocated to Lytham, establishing a studio at 17 Market Square. There, he worked as a photographer and sold his paintings, many capturing local landscapes.

Artistic Contributions: Eastwood was a founding member of the Lytham St Annes Art Society and served as its first President in 1912.

Exhibitions: His works were exhibited at esteemed venues such as the Royal Cambrian Academy and the Walker Art Gallery.
