Description

A large antique Georgian oak dresser from North Wales. The top section has a boarded rack back with three fixed shelves, above five spice drawers. The base includes three drawers above three central lower drawers, all with brass drop handles and decorative escutcheons. On either side are cupboards with brass knobs and ivory escutcheons, framed by simple quarter-cut pillar details. The dresser stands on shaped corner bracket feet and separates into two sections for easier transport.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition overall, with expected signs of age and use. There is surface wear throughout, including age-related marks and scratches. The top surface shows some splitting, staining, and minor losses to the corners. The shelves also have some staining. All drawers run smoothly.
