Description

An 18th Century Italian Walnut Sofa or Settee.

This excellent sofa is designed to comfortably seat three people and has a carved show-wood walnut frame. The outscrolling arms and serpentine apron are carved with scroll work and foliage and it has attained a beautiful colour and patination.

Stripped out to an under-finish and ready for the client's choice of outer fabric, it could also be left as-is for a contemporary look if preferred and has three removable squab cushions. Standing on eight legs, it is particularly sturdy and well made.
