Marylebone Antiques has dated this piece to the 1800s.
It is of extremely high quality, it is a large and impressive piece.
This comes with an original key, and most of the locks appear original too. The mahogany has a gorgeous colour tone and rich patina, the intricate brass handles are beautifully made and also appear original. The leather top is as we found it, it is also of superb quality with a stunning patina, we have just had it gently revived.

This partners desk sits on plinth bases, with casters underneath & it comes apart into three sections for easy transportation. It’s a good working desk and has a generous sized kneehole space.
We just had this recently polished, it is in fantastic condition for its ag, with some normal surface wear and patina remaining as expected for a desk that is over 200 years old.
