Early 19th Century Antique Painted Pine Fire Surround- William Kent Design

A fabulous large, English early 19th century antique painted pine fire surround with numerous fabulous architectural details, including a gesso work central figurative panel under the different mouldings. A William Kent design, made in solid pine, hand carved and with gesso work, painted white. In very good, intact condition, ready to place in situ. A beautiful architectural antique painted pine fire surround that dates to around 1820. The inner opening measures 99cm high x 129cm wide.
